Our client in Sweden  is looking for Radiologist that works with traditional radiology to perform for example conventional X-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography,  (MRI) examinations, vascular and cardiac examinations as well as Oral and dental X-ray examinations. You would be working part of an very skilled multidisciplinary team of  Radiographers, Technologists, Physicists, Engineers, Nursing staff & other Specialist doctors from different disciplines.  Most of the work is perfomed daytime but there is also on-call activities available. Radiologist have important role in the hospitals and they are in close contact with other departments and clinics.


The hospital is a county hospital in Västra Götaland Region and provides specialised health care for 295 000 inhabitants . In total there are 4000 employees. The city is beautifully situated in the south west of Sweden, along the river, and the city offers a vibrant city pulse, world class art where ever you go and nature on your doorstep.

Sweden has developed social welfare system and good resources for working with different patient groups with a shared responsibility between the healthcare sector and the government. Our client is working actively with digital solutions, innovations and education. The employer provides everything from county healthcare to highly specialized national healthcare.


The employer offers:

  • Language training before you relocate
    A permanent position with 40 hours per week working time

  • A monthly salary, with the basic monthly salary starting from 62 000 SEK (approx. 6 200€). The final salary level will be determined individually based on your skills and work experience and granted once you have a license to work as a doctor in your area of specialty.

We expect you to have:

• A license to practice your profession within the field of medicine as a specialized doctor, and this license to be granted to you by European Union country officials.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing your profession after finalizing your specialization.

• You are able to commit to the free-of-charge language training provided in your home country with a goal to reach a minimum of B2 level of the target language (Swedish) at the end of the training.
