We are looking for teachers who are:
Interculturally competent and who have an understanding and appreciation of the cultural nuances associated with the language
Effective communicators skilled in providing motivating feedback and facilitate interactive discussions in the target language
Adaptable and open to different learning styles and employing various teaching techniques
Familiar with educational technology tools and online teaching platforms
Enthusiastic about further self-development and professional growth
Committed to staying updated in language teaching methodologies, resources, and trends with an appetite for ongoing professional guidance and development
Passionate about helping students to learn and grow in confidence and capability
We expect you to:
Have a formal education in the language-related field
Be a native speaker or have near-native proficiency in the language you teach
Have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in the business world, both with groups and individuals
Have expertise in one or more of the following areas: business language, presentation skills, pronunciation, coaching, writing skills or other specific aspects of language training
